Culinary Exploration Through Culture and Media

I discovered my passion for cooking while helping my parents in the kitchen. What started with simple tasks turned into creative experimentation and exploration into global cuisines: making Vietnamese Pho from scratch, slow-cooked Nahari, dumplings, new spice blends, and self-grown herbs.

 

I launched an Instagram cooking channel to share recipes and photos of my dishes from Beef Burgundy to homemade French fries. Over time, friends and classmates began trying my recipes and spread the love of cooking. Their enthusiasm has motivated me to keep experimenting, learning, and sharing. Cooking is not just hobby for me, but a way to connect with others through food, culture, and creativity.
