Culinary Exploration Through Culture and Media

Culinary Exploration Through Culture and Media

I discovered my passion for cooking while helping my parents in the kitchen. What started with simple tasks turned into creative experimentation and exploration of global cuisines: making Vietnamese Pho from scratch, slow-cooking Nahari, making dumplings, testing spice blends, and growing herbs in our backyard.

I launched an Instagram cooking channel to share recipes and photos of my dishes—everything from Beef Burgundy to homemade French fries. Over time, friends and classmates began trying my recipes and tagging me in their creations. Their enthusiasm motivated me to keep experimenting, learning, and sharing. Cooking became not just a hobby, but a way to connect with others through flavor, culture, and creativity.

Country-Style Sourdough: A rustic sourdough with a golden crust and tangy, airy crumb—slow-fermented and baked to perfection.

10-hour Vietnamese pho: A rich, aromatic Vietnamese pho broth simmered for 10 hours—deep layers of beef, spice, and soul in every spoonful

slow-cooked Nahari : a rich, flavorful Indian/Pakistani dish with tender beef simmered for hours in aromatic spices, rooted in the tradition of Indian street food
